Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn or unused, with all tags intact.

It must be in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pick-up (pickup charges apply).

If the product meets the required return conditions, the refund will be initiated within 10 working days.
